Partners Bradford T. Keller and Jayne D. Knotts worked together in the specialized field of residential property management for more than three years before setting out on their own in March of 2015. As real estate investors themselves, Brad and Jayne want their clients and customers to experience a luxury level of services that they would appreciate as clients.

She considers this one of many responsibilities that are crucial in representing clients to the best of her and the company’s ability.

Brad Keller’s successful entrepreneurial instincts combined with his experience in business management more than qualify him as the company’s chief executive officer. With a sales associate’s license in Georgia, Brad a familiar with ever-changing investment values and how they affect the local market. Brad is also part spokesperson and part goodwill ambassador for the company. His responsibilities include developing new business through programs designed to encourage investment in residential real estate and help property owners appreciate the value and benefits of owning investment property.
